Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting the order or providing a refund.

When Returns Are Available

Printing Errors

If your order contains printing errors caused by us (such as color mismatches, misalignment, or defects in printing), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer:

  • Free reprint of the affected items
  • Full or partial refund
  • Credit toward future orders

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

When Returns Are Not Available

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom or personalized printing orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. This includes:

  • Business cards with custom information
  • Personalized flyers and brochures
  • Custom packaging with specific branding
  • Any item printed with your specific design or content

Customer Errors

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for errors caused by:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Design files that do not meet our specifications
  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality source files
  • Changes requested after proof approval
  • Customer dissatisfaction with design choices (if proof was approved)

Proof Approval

For orders that include a proof review process:

  • You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval
  • Once a proof is approved, any errors in the approved design cannot be grounds for return
  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  3. Include photos if the issue is related to quality or damage

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Reprint Policy

In cases where a reprint is approved:

  • We will produce the corrected order at no additional cost
  • Standard production times apply unless rush service is requested
  • You may be required to return the defective items before reprinting

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
